About

A simple tool for sending files between devices

AllFileGo has one job: send files between two available devices without an account, app, dashboard, or file copy stored by AllFileGo.

AllFileGo sets up a connection while the file moves directly between two devicesDashed lines connect the AllFileGo setup service to both devices. A separate solid line below shows the file travelling directly from the approved sender to the receiver.ALLFILEGOCONNECTION SETUPSENDERRECEIVERSENDER APPROVEDFILE VERIFIEDFILE MOVES HERE

01 / Why the browser

Send files without storing another copy on AllFileGo.

Modern browsers can select files, create encrypted device connections, and save incoming data. This lets AllFileGo use the same transfer flow on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS without a separate app.

Browsers also have limits. A background page may pause, save options differ, and restrictive networks may block a direct connection. AllFileGo explains these limits instead of promising that every transfer will work the same way.

02 / What matters

AllFileGo stays focused on file transfer.

AllFileGo focuses on finishing transfers reliably, limiting memory use, showing progress confirmed by the receiver, labeling the route accurately, requiring sender approval, and explaining failures clearly.

  1. 01
    Direct file connection

File contents move between the devices through the route selected by their browsers instead of AllFileGo file storage.

  2. 02
    Sender approval

The sender checks the device and matching security code before file data moves.

  3. 03
    Accurate progress

Progress shows data confirmed by the receiver, and completion requires a final file check.

  4. 04
    Limits stated plainly

Browsers, devices, storage destinations, and network policy can all affect a transfer.

03 / How status is checked

The app should show what is actually happening.

Route labels use information reported by the browser connection. Progress uses bytes confirmed by the receiver. Completion requires the file size and SHA-256 fingerprint to match. Check the browser and network limits before an important transfer.

Connection path
Reported by the connection selected between the two devices through their browsers.
Transfer progress
Confirmed by the receiving browser, not estimated from data waiting on the sender.
Final state
Shown as complete only after the expected size and SHA-256 fingerprint match.

04 / When to use it

Use it for a live handoff between two available devices.

Use AllFileGo when both devices are available at the same time. Use a backup service, sync service, cloud drive, or stored download link when the file must remain available after the sender leaves.

AllFileGo stays focused on file transfer. It does not add accounts, messaging, public rooms, dashboards, or cloud file storage.
