Permitted use
You may use AllFileGo for personal or lawful work-related transfers. You are responsible for the files you select, the device you approve, and the permission to send, receive, or keep those files.
Prohibited use
Do not use AllFileGo to send illegal, stolen, deceptive, abusive, or malicious material. Do not enter another person's room without permission, interfere with transfers, bypass service limits, spread malware, or disrupt the service.
Your responsibilities
The sender must check the selected files, compare the security code, and approve only the intended receiver. The receiver decides whether to accept and open the files and where to save them.
AllFileGo does not scan files for malware or check their legality, accuracy, or ownership. A successful file check only means the received file matches what the sender sent. It does not prove that the file is safe.
Availability and connection limits
AllFileGo is provided as available. A direct connection depends on the devices, browsers, storage, operating systems, internet providers, Wi-Fi rules, routers, and firewalls. AllFileGo cannot guarantee that every pair of devices or every transfer will connect, recover, or finish.
Files and privacy
File contents do not pass through AllFileGo servers in the current direct-only service. AllFileGo still uses connection data as explained on the privacy page. After the receiver saves a file, that copy is outside AllFileGo's control.
Changes to AllFileGo or these terms
Features, limits, availability, and these terms may change as AllFileGo develops. Important changes will be shown on this page. If you continue using the service after an update, you accept the updated terms.
